Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the companys products and services.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and execute business plans.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business threats or opportunities.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys brand.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the [Industry] sector.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
