Job descriptionAbout the Role:We are looking for a business development manager to join our team to help find new locations for Drinkit in Dubai.˙We expect them to:˙Search premises for coffee shops suitable to our requirementsManage relationships with main leasing managers, negotiate with business towers ownersBuild a case about the location: revenue forecast, traffic at the location, CAPEX, ROI for the locationDraft and submit budget proposals and ensure the project expenses are within the budget˙We will provide you with a work visa, insuranceYou can work from the office, from home, or from a coffee shopOpportunities to develop yourself and grow in an international companyAbout the Company:Drinkit is a fast-growing digital-first coffee chain startup in Dubai that aims to provide customers with the best coffee experience through innovation and high-quality ingredients.
