Join our team and be part of a company that is making a difference in road safety.The Role : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive who can drive business growth by researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. Your role will involve setting goals, pursuing leads, developing quotes and proposals, and tracking metrics to ensure targets are hit. A strong understanding of psychometric testing and the E-Learning industry is a must.Key Responsibilities:

  • ˙Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Business tapping through social media metrics
Workplace Responsibilities
  • Suggesting E-learning tests/features to improve workplace activities
  • Need to be aware of psychometric testing scenarios
  • Approaching prospective clients needing psychometric training for their employees
  • Should be able to handle our in-house E-learning system˙ for lead generations
  • Driving safety best practices implementation in UAE Laws
