Business Development ExecutiveJob Location : UAEJob responsibilities :?Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.?Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.?Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.?Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.?Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.?Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.?Acquiring following up and converting projects?Coordination work related to the signed projects.?Takeover and Handover the projects to other departments within company.?Support Department Manager to finish other tasks arranged by the Line Manager.Job requirements :?UAE Driving License.?3years experience in marketing or business development work preferred.?Experience in real estates in Dubai is preferred.?Extensive relationships with real estate investors is preferred .?Able to be a representative of the company.?High level of personal responsibility displaying motivation, commitment,?perseverance and conscientiousness.?Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company.?BC degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
