Business Development Executive (BDE)The role requires one to think and work strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and carry out the necessary planning. The main goal is to bring more clients and establish strong relationships with them. BDE will need to?keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world, as well as uphold a high quality of work performance. He or She?is expected to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.?Responsibilities:???????Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets and improving sales.???????Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.???????Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.???????Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.???????Developing quotes and proposals for clients.???????Managing and retaining long-term relationships with existing clients while increasing client base.???????Identifying and mapping business strengths, as well as understanding the needs of the clients and responding effectively.???????Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.???????Promoting the company?s services addressing or predicting clients? objectives, while working to and exceeding targets.???????Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.???????Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.???????Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.???????Draw up client contracts in coordination with the legal department.????????Have an outstanding understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them.???????Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.???????Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.???????Liaise with the finance and marketing team.???????Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.???????Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.???????Keep abreast of trends, changes and regulations in the business / company setup world.???????Writing reports and other administrative documents as required by management.???????Providing management with weekly feedback.As your business development role is sales orientated, you may also:???????Help to plan sales campaigns.???????Create a sales pipeline.???????Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers, and as the case may be, preparing respective price lists.???????Increase sales of the business.???????Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.???????Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.Requirements:???????Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, or related field.???????Proven working experience in sales & business development in corporate services industry is a must.???????Experience with sales programs/platforms.???????Strong communication, negotiation, and social skills.???????Ability to manage problem solving, complex projects and multi-tasking.???????Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.???????Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.???????Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.???????Knowledge of Apple products, such as MacBook and iPhone.?????????Proficient in?Microsoft Office?(Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excell, OneNote).???????Strong knowledge of English language (both written and spoken).
