A Dubai based Advertising agency seeks a Male/Female Business development executive to join their team.ResponsibilitiesA business development professional has three primary responsibilities:Identifying new sales leadsPitching products and/or servicesMaintaining fruitful relationships with existing customersAchieving business targetsWhen it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new marketsResearching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasingContacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetingsPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry eventsWhen it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displaysContacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company?s productsDeveloping quotes and proposalsNegotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in personDeveloping sales goals for the team and ensuring they are metTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skillsTo keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization.
