Mazzady - a premium marketplace for high-value products and experiences is hiring:? Business Development Executives ? Luxury Retail We are looking for a high-performing and passionate Business Development Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The position will be engaged in maximizing our sales potential, executing sales strategies & plans. o Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and develop leads, both locally & internationally for Luxury retail brands.o Establishing market penetration in the luxury retail industry by identifying and developing opportunities through contacts, networking and associations. o Ensure that a steady pipeline of leads is always available. o Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts. o To liaise with the marketing , IT and operations teams team throughout the customer journey to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability Qualifications:o Proven track record in Business Development, B2C Sales or marketplace Concept Selling to Luxury Segments.o Experience in working with luxury brands is preferred. o Good understanding of retail marketing and luxury brands landscape will be an added advantageo Excellent presentation, influencing and negotiation skillso Must have a UAE driving license & available in Dubai for interviewSpeaking arabic is a plus.
