Business Development Director (IWPP)UAEExcellent Salary?The Company? A leading international developer of Power, Renewable Energy, Water & Infrastructure projects.? This business unit is focused on the Middle East, Africa. CIS and South Central Asia.?The Opportunity? Reporting to the CEO the Business Development Director will lead the development of Power, Renewable Energy, Water & Infrastructure projects across the region.? The Business Development Director will lead negotiations and the relationship management with the co-investors and other stakeholders, which can be from the public or private sector.? The Business Development Director will define the bidding strategy for projects under development, which will incorporate various types of technology associated with electricity and water production.? You will lead the negotiation of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts and Financing Contracts.? You will lead and manage the development process up until financial close is achieved.
