  • Identify and approach potential clients in the Middle East to expand our business network.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Network in the Middle East region.
  • Understanding of Human Resources is needed and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Reporting You will report to Alok Kohli, the strategy Director of Marching Sheep. We work in a collaborative Matrix structure, you will on many occasions jointly work with other consultants, have regular interactions with Marketing, Operation and strategy leads.Compensation:
  • Variable salary, based on performance and achievement.
