Business Development and Sales ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets.?Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.?Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.?Monitor sales team performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching.?Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry professionals.?Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.?Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.?Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.?Oversee report management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on business performance and sales activities.?Follow up on leads, proposals, and client interactions to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.?Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Qualifications:?Proven experience in business development or sales management within the real estate industry in the UAE.?Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.?Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.?Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.?Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.?Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.?Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle is must.
