The professional figure sought will have the objective of guaranteeing, for the areas of his/her competence, the achievement of the established sales objectives responding directly to the FILA MIDDLE EAST General Manager.The position involves direct responsibility for the expansion, development and retention of the customer portfolio, particularly building materials stores, tilers, manufacturers and processors of natural and artificial stone, through:Business development to Architects, project consultants, interior and landscape designer, construction sites.Planning the most appropriate sales strategies, especially in terms of attracting the best prospects and negotiating optimal sales terms;the definition of bids and budgets that reflect the companys commercial policies and objectives;direct supervision of the entire process, from order verification with the functions involved in executive terms to credit management;Responsibility for the achievement of objectives for the assigned geographic area, with weekly reports and definition of corrective measures for their achievement.Management and development of projects through: technical activities and site visits, sales channel development and contractor visits;Business development to Architects, project consultants, interior and landscape designer, construction sites.
