In this position, you will be responsible for increasing the number of properties under our management and attracting new property owners.The main task is to identify new partners, build long-term relationships with property owners and companies, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.Location: Dubai, UAEWhat will you do?

  • Apartment Portfolio Growing: Increase the number of holiday home apartments by identifying and securing new opportunities, such as emerging areas or new developments in Dubai.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively find new property owners, developers, and corporate clients through industry events, online platforms, and targeted outreach.
  • Onboarding New Owners: Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, property assessments, and listing setup, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and property management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and streamline processes.
