Job Description

We are on the mission to help others explore the most exciting experiences in the UAE and we are looking for a customer-centric, communicative self-starter who will help us both serve our customers and grow our base of partners. You will become part of a small team where youll directly communicate with customers and business partners. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work from home!Job responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential business partners via phone and e-mail.
  • Communicate and negotiate terms with new business partners.
  • List new experiences agreed with the business partner and onboard them to our platform.
  • Be the point of contact for our customers. Communicate via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp to make sure we deliver the best customer experience possible.
  • Handle physical orders. Prepare gift packages whenever we receive an order and hand them over to couriers who deliver them to our customers.
  • Assist customers with redeeming their vouchers.
  • Communicate and book experiences with our business partners.
