They are recruiting for one of their entities in Dubai.DescriptionThe Business Controller will be responsible for the following:Prepare and lead the budgeting and forecasting processesEstablish and operate end to end P&L procedure at SKU, sales channel and SKU levelProvide leverage and accountability on overhead costsForecast cost and marginal variations to ensure communication and take charge in determining improvement opportunitiesCarry out internal and external reporting to coordinate and lead monthly/annual financial proceduresCarry out monthly analysis to discern and provide direction for the management team to focus on areas that require immediate actionEnsure key metrics and KPIs are made visible through dashboardsStrategize and offer solutions to achieve financial objectivesEstablish and implement processes and procedures to ensure and maintain precise reporting and analysisOffer solutions in SAP and the Business Intelligence software (BI system)ProfileThe successful candidate for the role of a Business Controller:Must have experience in the FMCGMust have 15+ years of experience in MIS reportingIdeally has extensive experience with SAPWell versed with Microsoft PowerPoint in presenting analysisExperience using Business Intelligence SoftwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be able to multi-task and work under pressureStrong communication skillsJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances.
