We are a leading Business Set-up consultancy in Dubai, and we are seeking˙experienced Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:Requirements:-Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai mainland company set-up and formation-Proven track record with a roster of repeat clients from the upper market bracket-Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai laws, regulations, and procedures related to pre-license and post-license activities and documentation-Keen observational skills to assess potential clients needs and requirements-Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to convince even the most skeptical clients-Charismatic personality with a talent for building strong client relationships-Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a plusMain responsibilities include:-Consultation and thorough discussion with potential clients to understand their business goals and requirements-Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures, licensing options, and incorporation procedures-Prepare and submit required documentation for company formation and licensing-Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing-Provide ongoing support to clients for post-incorporation activities and compliance-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends-Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the companys growth
