Job Description

Job Title: Business Setup ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry to join our team in Dubai. The Business Setup Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on all aspects of setting up a business in Dubai, including legal requirements, company registration, licensing, and visa processing.Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their needs and requirements for setting up a business in Dubai.
  2. Advising clients on the legal requirements for company registration, licensing, and visa processing.
  3. Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for company registration, licensing, and visa processing.
  4. Providing ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the business setup process.
  5. Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  7. Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws relating to business setup in Dubai.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or similar role in Dubai.
  • A bachelors degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements for setting up a business in Dubai.
  • Experience with company registration, licensing, and visa processing procedures in Dubai.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
