  • Opening company bank accounts
  • Company renewals
  • Applying for investor/employee residency visas
  • Filing Economic Substance notification/report
  • Real estate transactions related to the company
  • Drafting employment and tenancy contracts
  • Drafting template based resolutions, power of attorneys and letters
  • Any other activity related to the life of the company, such as invoicing, payments, etc...
