1.???Re-implement /Streamline our Laundry applications from SOCOM & ensure integration with ERP, CRM & BI2.???Upgrade all PC?s/systems to latest OS & ensure infrastructure components / integrations with various Industrial Automation like Metalprogetti, Kannegeiser etc. are working seamlessly3.???Train and support Linencraft users, so they are able to work on SOCOM applications4.???Review use of iOT, RFID and ensure they work seamlessly & data can be integrated with our applications5.???Coordinate with IT team and ensure data integration works well6.???Process enhancement of existing applications in LinenCraft to drive Automation, remove manual work across entire process chain in our laundry operations7.???Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize IT infrastructure at LinenCraft and in days ahead for EXPO8.???Day to day operation support (SR, Incident, Solution & Problem) along with Enhancements9.???Updates job knowledge with Trainings, publications & good contacts with technology professionals10.??Manage an AGILE project plan in JIRA while delivering projects11.??Build flowcharts and Write technical documentation for reference?7. With multiple projects, running concurrently, it is important that projects are delivered on time and adequate Quality Assurance is carried out, so that high standard deliverables are produced, which meet OUR CLIENT strategic objectives?This is a hands on role for a Passionate IT professional who must play Key role, in automating various IT solutions at LinenCraft and in days ahead for EXPO, Support End Users and Proactively delivers continuous Improvement through Innovation and delivering on IT Service Management
