Business Analyst - BI:Experience: 2 to 5 yearsRole SummaryThe incumbent would be functional expert, working as part of analytics-enabled BI team across various domains including CRM, Logistics, Finance, Food, and Retail. The Business Analysts will be responsible for the BI engagement within the new implementations. This role demands to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst is expected to drive the business requirement coordination of the new implementation and change needs for all the designated BI projects within phoenix program.2-3 years as business analyst with experience in any of the analytical domain (finance / CRM / supply chain / ecommerce / HR Domains)Ability to define and implement process improvements.Multi-tasker, work on multiple assignments at the same time and should have skills in documentation, quality assurance and time management.Guide and track development team on SIT and Stress testing.Analyse data and come up with the solutions (using available tools).Identify and test for bugs and eradicate bottlenecks in the provided solutionsKnowledge & Experience:Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.Domain knowledge in any of the following: supply chain / finance / human resources / ecommerce / store / CRM focusing on retail industry.Should have knowledge on Jira tool and should be aware of Agile Methodologies.2-3 years of experience in conducting JAD, JRP or similar methodology/technique for requirement gathering workshops, agile delivery, etcGood to have - would be able to work on text mining/Predictive modelling/Topic Modelling/Sentiment Analysis.Must have - exposure to Retail industry preferred and knowledge of retail business drivers, related process and technology trends
