  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities
  • Monitoring and evaluating competitor strategies, products, and market positioning to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Creating clear and insightful reports presenting research findings, analysis, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Delivering presentations summarizing research results, insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market research initiatives with organizational objectives
  • Support with creating and implementation of commercial assets development strategy
  • Support with creating and implementation of residential assets management strategy
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
ÿWe are ready to offer you the following conditions:
  • 3 months internship
  • Working hours: a minimum of 6 hours daily commitment, 5 days a week (weekends - Saturday, Sunday)
  • Working format: In the office
  • Monthly salary: AED 2 000
  • As a result of successful completion of the internship, you may receive a bonus of AED 5,000 (depending on achievement of set KPIs);
  • On successful completion of the internship you may be offered a full time position at the company;
