Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:• Deep understanding of Banking Domain and ability to transpose the business requirement to system requirement• Proficient in drawing Story boards/create wireframes, write Epics and User Stories• Knowledge and proven experience in Agile Techniques and Agile Development • Ability to understand the Business Impacts across various backend systems• Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization• Shows judgment / self-confidence and ability to work under tight schedule• Shows determination and ability to find solutions / develop effective courses of action• Has effective communication skills and able to provide solutions/workaround to solve business problemsPrevious experience required (if any)• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent year of professional experience • 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.• Strong Banking Domain Knowledge • Proven experience in gathering requirements using Agile Methodology• Strong understanding and experience with software and product development especially in digital solutions.• Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies – PreferableKey Accountabilities of the roleScrum/Agile Methodology• Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric• Drives/Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with Senior stakeholders. • Ability to understand the e2e User Journeys and provide Business solutions • Deep understanding of platforms in order to be able to provide implementation approach for customer facing web application, middle ware integration and backend system architecture.• Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Team’s provide estimates for the upcoming items Communication• Attend and contribute in the Sprint Planning / Scrum / Product refinement /Sprint Retrospective and other team activities as required• Timely response to email, tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders. • Share new industry Agile best practices• Actively participate in organizational Agile activities• Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.Documentation / Process Ownership• Responsible for enforcing common structures and guideline for BA Methodology in Requirement Management • Use appropriate vehicles for communication (Jira /Tracker Boards etc.)People & AttendanceJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest[update cv in your account with required details and apply online]
