Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Gaming business in the UAE. Our Client is looking to hireA Business Analyst Assistant who will beidentifying solution gaps and driving all aspects of software/process improvements, including requirement gathering, design, development, implementation, quality assurance, and user acceptance.<br /><br />- Excellent understanding of all products owned by the company after training.<br />- Responsible for designing software requirement documentation and user manuals.<br />- Assist with the requirement gathering, design, and archiving of system requests on the proprietary software packages.<br />- Serve as liaison between IT and other business areas when needed.<br />- Assist the BA Manager in carrying out a series of meetings, workshops with stakeholders and product owners, technical and business discussions to define the scope of work and deliver the projects.<br />- Trains internal and external users on new and modified software and maintains documentation for each project.<br />- Ability to work independently with little supervision.<br />- Understanding of the industry direction and company motivations in order to identify and help drive state of the art solutions<br />- Experience in new developments and enhancement/support-type projects.<br /><br /><br /><br />Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst<br />- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.<br />- Understanding and application of UX.<br /> - Knowledge of e-commerce merchant/PSP/gateway integrations.<br />- Knowledge of Affiliate programs.<br />- Experience in writing documentation, Manuals, and User guides.<br />- Good organization skills to maintain a collection of versioned documents.<br />- Work with diverse groups to develop a clear vision of the customer, industry, and corporate needs<br />- Ability to handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities, and concurrent activities<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary & Benefits<br /><br />
