QUALIFICATION: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCSEXPERIENCE: Overall 6-10 years of experience as Business Analyst with at least 3-5 years in core healthcare domain in the last stint. At least should have worked on 3 bigger healthcare projects end to end. Rich experience in managing complex multiple IT projects. Possess sound expertise in Agile Software Delivery, gathering software requirements, eliciting requirements from users, writing user stories, Prioritizing and estimating work. Efficient in mapping business requirements by interacting with Managers / Vendors / Clients / Consultants & other multiple stakeholders with strong skills in BPMN/UML, Microsoft Visio, BRD/ SRS preparation, requirement collection and use case preparation, R Programming.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):? Responsible for analyzing the customer business needs and transform them into project requirements? Demonstrate exceptional requirement-gathering skills, leveraging clear direction from engagement management ? Support requirement gathering sessions ? Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document Business Analysis? Responsible for documenting the project requirements following Intertec /Customer standard templates? Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities? Interact with customers on behalf of Intertec solution team to understand the business challenge for recommending suitable solutions.? Provides support for application development teams including documenting business processes.? Translates technical concepts to a business audience and business information to a technical audience? Provide clarification on requirements to project teams from time to time for the implementation? Should be able to carry out AS-IS and TO-DO analysis for readying the Gap analysis document? Advise customers on industry best practices and make recommendations to improve the business processes.? Partners with team members to develop project schedules, reports, and documentation. May be required to act as a project lead on small projects and/or provide direction to others on the team.? Works with User Experience / Design resources to help visualize requirements into prototype/mock-ups.? Verify and validate the deliverables for meeting the customer requirement specifications? Always at the forefront to learn and evangelize healthcare industry knowledge within the project.? Shall impart training to practice resources on healthcare to keep them abreast of industry happening.? Conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions ? Business process modeling ? Process flow modeling ? Data flow modeling Engagement Delivery? Demonstrate excellence in the delivery of all solutions/recommendations, including supporting artifacts, on time and with high-quality Knowledge Management: -? Assist in creating client and/ or practice-related materials (deliverables, solutions, industry best practices, standards and other knowledge artifacts. ? Validates test cases to ensure that scripts will evaluate the business function being performed.? Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources (including databases, interviews, etc.) and makes recommendations.? Participates in developing estimates and implementation plans for technical solutions.?
