Participate in all phases of new projects/initiative to assist in scoping, prioritisation andrequirements definition to support the organisation.? Liaise between HIS and the other business functions to assure effective delivery ofexisting services and functionality.? Work to build relationships with the process owners and business functions.? Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops,surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, businessanalysis, and task and workflow analysis.? Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information toa general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.? Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers toanalyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the followingartefacts as needed:? Business Requirements Document? Use Cases/User Story? Screen and Interface designs? Engage stakeholders in support of initiatives and provide regular feedback.? Identify and manage project/initiatives risks, issues and dependencies.? Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of the AccountLeads? Drive and challenge BUs on their assumptions of how they will successfully executetheir objectives.? Work with project teams and business to develop user acceptance test criteria with thebusiness during the solving phase.? Participate/lead review and final sign off functional specifications.? Maintain business process architecture / process map for key processes.? Continually provide application systems improvements, especially in cross-businessprocesses? Analyse the data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform digitalstrategies and solutions.Key Requirements and Qualifications? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience? Bachelor?s degree in Business and IT/Computer Engineering or other related fieldsSkills and Competencies? Knowledge of project management and scrum methodologies? Ability to document and diagram use cases, systems & business processes, UI/UX? Good facilitation and presentation skills? Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is anadvantage.? Strong analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.? Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work.? Advanced level of customer service orientation and professionalism in allinteractions? Good knowledge of health insurance concepts
