Business AnalystJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Responsible for the successful completion of analytical, designing, building, testing, and deployment tasks of Shory software products features & functions.?In addition, will develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.?Research product market and undertake feasibility studies, conduct research, compile market intelligence, produce a detailed analysis of key competitor projects, and present findings as and when required.?Identify operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.?Coordinate requirements for the writing of user stories for the development team?Seek to identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.?Seek to identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.?Coordinated process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, focusing on quality improvement and data management.?Contribute and coordinate project-level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)?Evaluate new product offerings with Development based on corporate objectives.?Execute business plans by carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
