Job Description

The Business Analyst will support the operations and supply chain excellence center to optimize processes and to drive into standardization efforts. Candidate will be responsible for writing procedures, and synthetizing business decisions into schemes and action plans. This position requires excellent knowledge of writing procedures, great logical mindset, strong analytical abilities, and good knowledge of business intelligence solutions. Candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, continuously improving technical skills to meet business needs, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to understand and transform business problems into requirements and deliverables.Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clear minute of meetings with management team, with synthetized outcomes
  • Draw schemes and flows to support new processes implementation
  • Write the procedures of the Excellence Center in term of transportation, warehousing, customs clearance
  • Develop a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause
  • Partner with the Management to drive significant business improvements, developing a multiyear roadmap for the company
