Our client is aTelecom Company in UAE. They are now looking for aBusinessAnalystto join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate andcompile the draft Capital Works Program (CWP)and Budget related to new technology deployment, existing network expansion and other development/expansion of other related infra-structure for the Technology department, for review by superior and submission for approval.
Maintain necessary documentation and database on CWP elements, updates, monitors and follows up on them as required to ensure complete control and monitoring of CWP projects
Gathers feedback on the financial progress of CWP projects and analyses the authorized and actual expenditure against budget and follow up as required
Management reporting of the CAPEX utilization based on the Areas of Spend, Monthly Trend, Variance analysis to identify areas of concern, Budget Savings etc. for decision making in terms of network transformation, development plan and Optimization of Network element.
Prepare financial and other statistical information as per the approved CWP
Keep abreast of new technologies, systems and developments
Liaises effectively with all the concerned sections to gather feedback on the CWP project progress and follows up on criticalities/ concerns/ issues as required.
Establish and nurture positive relationships, communication with and customer organizations
Align the budgetary requests with the GPF forecast and Business cases
To build and analyze business case to justify the Capexinvestments

Salary: AED 11000 - AED 11500
