  • Prepare, review, update of business plans and annual budget and liaise with Budget Responsible Officers (BROs)
  • Financial Analysis and Cost Control by preparing Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) for Capex/Non-Routine Opex Expenditure projects and Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure all PRs are within the approved budget for Routine Expenditure and/or approved AFEs
  • Manage the Funding Status for contracts that are proposed for Tenders and Contracts Committee approval
  • Monthly Closing and Reporting including monthly cost control reports for all major projects and monitor progress against defined activities in the approved budget/business plan and flag exception
  • Prepare audit schedules, cost verification, analysis and testing and yearly Financial Statements and Management Accounts
