? Facilitate and provide assistance in business case development via targeted workshops to achieve desired business outcomes ? Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.? Use workshops, brain storming session and other business analysis techniques to gather and elicit business requirements for new initiatives ? Documenting Initial Demand Request, BRS-Business Requirement Specification creating prototypes and other project documents? Participate in project review meetings to identify changes to business requirements and maintain the same till the project closure.? Support the business analysis & process improvement activities in multiple projects from direct partners ? Demonstrate ability to manage simultaneous engagements across projects and new opportunities.? Apply relevant industry experience in one or more of the domains such as logistics, supply chain, ports and customs. ? Use various business analysis tools and other BPM technologies to document business and system requirements and for other project specific activities. ? Work with different project teams to maintain and manage the business scope definition and change control activities.? Support team members where necessary in adhereing to best practices when engaging in initiatives/projects.
