Your success is our priority.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:1.Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order. Diagnose problems and thenrepair/replace defective parts.2.Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether thethe problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual. If regular activities must be stopped, the electrician will have to estimate how long a shutdown will last.Make periodic inspection for new electrical services (120v, 240v and 480v three phase),including wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers and controls.3.Performs electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptaclesand wiring.4.Operates a variety of standard power tools, equipment and trenchers in electrical installations,maintenance and repair activities on a regular basis.5.Maintains records and logs as needed.6.Provides guidance and direction to less experienced personnel and others assigned to his/herÿÿÿposition.7.Perform other various tasks as instructed by management.Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Dubai
• Electrical Expertise: Mastery of electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
• Leadership: Experience in supervising and mentoring junior electricians.
• Project Management: Organizing and overseeing electrical projects.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations as per UAE norms
• Blueprint Reading: Understanding and interpreting electrical plans.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and rectifying electrical problems.
• Equipment Proficiency: Skill in handling specialized tools and equipment.
• Communication: Effective communication with team members and clients.

Good to have:

• Prior experience in the Hotel/ Holiday home, tech, travel or services industry.
