Functional Responsibilities:? Ensure policies, processes, procedures and standard pertaining to project management are aligned to the best practices and producing high-quality results? Ensure the annual strategic organizational project management overview are aligned to the corporate strategy and oversee the effective implementation? Ensure Dubai Tourisms projects are delivered on time, within budget and adherence to high quality standards? Present the status of projects conducted under Dubai Tourism umbrella to highermanagement? Provide insights and recommendations on identified bottlenecks, risks and opportunities with the projects progress? Ensure that interdependencies between projects are identified and captured to increase the delivery efficiency? Oversee/ manage the execution of all project portfolios for relevant departments(s)? Ensure that all projects at Dubai Tourism are supported with right project management resources and oversee the staffing of project managers.? Oversee the development and maintenance of a projects library including the archiving and dissemination of lessons learned? Manage the overall development of performance contracts for relevant departmentsbased on corporate strategy and management direction.? Ensure that Dubai Tourisms strategy is cascaded to departments and teams through department performance contracts and each are assigned with relevant performance indicators and targets? Oversee and Facilitate department Performance contracts from start to end for relevantdepartments? Manage the facilitation of mid-year and year-end performance contract evaluation and result communication process? Facilitate assigned departmental / senior management conversations on PC outcomes, evaluation methodologies etc. related to corporate performance.? Ensure all relevant stakeholders are fully aware and practice Dubai Tourisms project management and corporate performance policies, procedures and standards? Under the direction of senior management, work with departments across theorganization to support their operational transformation, streamline their processes and management reporting, and ensuring management priorities are cascaded effectively where needed.Bachelors Degree in a related field8+ years of relevant experience
