JOB SUMMARYWe are one of the leading bridal boutiques in the region, where we make brides? dreams come true. Having helped over 3500 brides ?Say Yes to the dress? since 2012, we have become a must visit boutique for every bride-to-be. We welcome brides-to-be from all 4 corners of the globe and our team is continuing to grow to allow us in assisting every bride who walks in through our doors. We are now looking for a Bridal Consultant to help us in assisting our brides.This role offers a chance to join a company thats committed to helping Brides find their dream wedding dress.MAIN BRIDAL CONSULTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consulting with Brides and determining their various bridal gown preference
  • Giving clarity to Brides on the possible ways of shopping for their wedding dress and laying out all possible options
  • Be a solution to the bride who is coming in through the doors by guiding her and helping her find her dream dress - giving her the right and most honest advice and suggestion
  • Assisting Brides in trying on her wedding dress selection
  • Suggesting and styling the brides look by suggestion various accessories and alteration possibilities
  • Ensuring Brides have a great understanding of what their wedding dress would look like by the end of their consultation using your product knowledge, your understanding of body shape, fabrics and cuts.
  • Ensuring you finalise the sale and creating a memorable ?Say Yes to the Dress? moment
  • Assisting Brides with gown fittings and alterations by following up with tailors on the works which needs to be done to ensure smooth fittings and deliveries.
  • Ensuring the utmost and honest service is provided to every bride by giving her full attention and understanding of her needs and wants
  • Ensure to find the right dress for the bride and genuinely caring for her
  • Following up with Brides via phone call, Whats app and/or email. ?
  • Updating Bride files in our CRM
  • Staying up to date with everything Bridal ? Designers and trends
