We are looking for experienced Brand Training and Development Specialists to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes, while addressing the bigger picture - our brand experience .You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build the culture and lifestyle within each brand.You will identify the gaps in customer experience and to implement and create a customer-centric approach, which delivers a smooth, and consistent customer experience , across all touch points at which our customer interact with?our employees.You will?work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company.?
