OVERVIEWOur client is one of the leading, fast-growing fast-food restaurant chains in the UAE. They are looking for a Brand Training Manager who has a great passion for the company?s products and wants to help create a legendary brand.The Brand Training Manager will be an awesome communicator and great motivator that is organized and able to get their message across in a structured way to a multi-national team. They will empower staff with product knowledge, brand messages and the skills needed to deliver, ensuring consistently high standards in all restaurants regarding the product, guest service and restaurant knowledge, contributing to sales growth, brand awareness and staff engagement. The Brand Training Manager does this by planning and executing successful learning and development events such as training days across all restaurant locations, running effective and impactful restaurant visits, utilizing external training as well as communicating our messages through internal forums such as training resources and systems we have in place. We strive to create a culture where our leaders train our future leaders, and the Brand Training Manager will bring this to life.
