The Role:Cigna is looking for Brand and Content Senior Analyst in support of Cigna Insurance Middle East?s growth strategy, to focus on improving Cigna?s brand health through creation of branded content that drives improved engagement and drives brand affinity across the region.The role will work with the International Markets brand team, and local agencies to build and execute a content strategy that brings Cigna?s mission in the Middle East and Africa to fruition.The role will be responsible for creation of Cigna?s regional content strategy, and execution of the same through creation of branded video, animation and graphic designed content that supports Cigna?s advertising & communication efforts. This individual will be skilled in video filming, editing, graphic design and animation with the ability to begin content development through application of strategic advertising & design principles. An ability to absorb data and analytics will support the candidate in developing meaningful content recommendations for improved content performance on digital channels.The individual will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders, understanding their bespoke requirements, provide strategic guidance on projects via content and engagement strategic principles, and execute content projects end-to-end while managing the expectations of senior business stakeholders. The individual will serve as the leading point of contact for branded content strategy and execution for the Middle East and Africa region, promoting the Cigna brand values, mission proactively and effectively to improve brand health scores.The individual will lead Cigna?s monthly content pipeline, by managing content intake requests, communicating the formal content delivery plan to business stakeholders and liaise with vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key responsibilities

• Branded Content Creation: Build video and animated assets to promote the brand strategy and enhance engagement. Support Internal Communications with their employee engagement content strategy and lead on ideation, execution and delivery.
• Product Collateral: Understand product features and differentiators to build a messaging strategy, followed by delivery of the product promotion suite including pre-sales and post-sales marketing collateral. Lead discussions with Head of Product, PMO and Sales teams to present messaging strategy and coordinate revisions based on feedback. Coordinate changes to multiple bi-lingual collateral documents while managing delivery within tight timelines. Become the single Point of Contact for all collateral changes across MEA, while maintaining a repository of up-to-date collateral and value proposition presentations.
• Value Proposition: Support Distribution teams with creation of bespoke and curated value proposition presentations by understanding the product differentiators, building a VP messaging strategy and presentations that distribution teams can successfully use to win new business.
• Content Strategy: Use performance data and analytics to gather insights on online behaviour, in order to build an effective content strategy. Leverage insights to optimize content for improved digital marketing performance mid-campaign.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Management: Present content ideas to executive management with clear articulation of the strategic thinking behind the ideas and facilitate feedback collection sessions with C-Suite executives. Be an active listener that understands the content needs and gaps and suggest strategic solutions that support stakeholders present Cigna?s value proposition accurately and effectively. Liaise with agency partners by synthesizing feedback into creative debriefs while managing executive stakeholder expectations through regular communications.
• Connect with IM Brand team & Cigna stakeholders for adoption of IM content platforms and localize assets for use in the Middle East and Africa market.
• Support the RFPs team by uplifting Cigna proposals with branded video assets. Identify client problems and showcase Cigna?s relevant proposition.
• Brand Campaigning: Driving brand engagement projects through management of external agencies for delivery of media planning and execution.
