Job Responsibilities:we are looking for Branch Manager Al Barsha (Techno Marketing ? General Insurance Sales Management)Responsible for the management and achievement of Branch sales, production targets. Ensure sourcing profitable business in all Insurance classifications; mainly Medical, Motor, Fire and General Accident.Job Duties:?Be able to deliver branch sales and operational targets (mainly non-life products).?Be able to resource, hire, train and manage the direct sales team (BDEs) and their targets.?Be able to generate business through broker relations and social networking.?Be able to update the management on branch production and through activity reports periodically.?Be able to ensure proper collection of all premiums (manage by aging report).?Supervise the branch administrative support staff.?Any additional tasks assigned by manager
