Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced˙Boat Operator˙to join our team.LADY applicants will be prioritized whos Fluent in ENGLISH and one additional language is preferable:German/Dutch/Italian/ French/Spanish/Russian/Chinese/Arabic written and spokenIndependent judgment, involving applied knowledge of seamanship practices, responsibility, politeness, time management, teamwork, and passion are the essential qualities that will form a part of the ideal candidate. Work is reviewed through observation of results.Key Responsibilities:? Our customers? on-board experience will be your number one priority.? Operate the boat in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards? Proactive listening to meet guests requirements with top-notch VIP service.? Assisting boat captains with minor tasks on charters.? Provide guidance and assistance to guests during boarding and disembarking? Communicate with guests effectively and provide them with relevant information regarding safety, the trip, and other relevant details? Conduct safety checks on the boat before and after each useExperience:? Minimum 2 years of considerable experience as a boat operator.? Prior experience as a staff in bar service, food catering, on-deck services, VIP customer relations, etc is needed.? Prior marina/yachting/boating/ knowledge is essential.? Prior experience of working in a team of 7 to 10+ is required.? Beneficial but not essential: Multilingual, Technical knowledge of marinas.
