Designed for the independent minded traveler seeking an escape from the predictable.Key Job Responsibilities:Monitoring of Building Management System (BMS) and ensuring that appropriate responses are initiated.Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems.Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performanceMonitor the FCS System and assign the technicians accordinglyMake sure that all inter-department follow-ups, request and complains are assigned and make the necessary follow up until the works are doneMaintaining complaint log bookMake sure that all the related documentations and records (Fire Alarm Faults, Shift Checklist, Daily Reports, DEWA Consumption Readings, FCS Reports, Jacuzzi Readings, Fire pump room readings and etc.) are updated correctly and can able to pull out during audits and emergenciesTo resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any timeCommunicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing to management and contractors as requiredAttending BMS related Telephone callsAny other duties as assigned by the management
