Job Description

Our client is a well renowned Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Academy that have trained over 50,000 students enabling investors, entrepreneurs and professionals.They are looking for a professor within-depth knowledge about blockchain and crypto to mentor students and conduct trainings virtually for students worldwide.Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, motivate and mentor students
  • Facilitate relevant student projects and innovations
  • Development and delivery of collegiate learning experiences related to blockchain
  • Development of course materials
  • Ability to present the history and emergence of blockchain with its origins in open source and crypto currency, and link it to broader future technology applications
  • Teach students the architecture of secure blockchain transactions and guide them towards building their own
  • Work with and teach APIs related to blockchain
  • Present on likely applications for blockchain (fin tech, contracts, identification, voting, IoT, SAS media)
  • Viable work experience and academic credentials
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research in the field of blockchain technology, including the (co-)supervision of PhD candidates, collaboration with other academic partners and industry, and acquiring external research funding and (co-)managing externally funded research projects;
  • Teaching and developing new education at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including the supervision of bachelors and masters students in their graduation projects.
  • Transferring knowledge and technology to external parties; Performing department and faculty management tasks.
