Thats why our mission is to simplify the home buying process and make it an actual enjoyable moment for everyone.Position: Business Operations Analyst - Strategy & Planning departmentWe are looking for a Business Operations (BizOps) Analyst to lead a wide variety of analytical and strategical analysis across the Mortgage Business Unit. This role will work closely with a senior BizOps, solving the most pressing challenges of the business and supporting other teams in improving processes and results, and is intended to both think strategically as well as implementing and get things done.Some of the activities that will be performed are:

  • Process analysis, design and come up with action plan
  • Support teams in implementing new initiatives
  • Analyze performance (operationally and financially), find improvement areas, design solutions/improvements
  • Create presentations to spread knowledge cross company
What are we looking for:
  • 2-4 years of full-time experience in a management consulting firm or hyper-growth start-up
  • Strong analytical skills - full handling of Excel Modeling
  • Highly curious individual - passionate to solve problems and detailed oriented
  • Communication skills: Able to build presentation (in Power Point) with senior guidance
  • Proficient verbal and written English
  • Resilient & willing to go the extra mile
