Job Description

International Architectural Lighting Practice looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BIM Technician to join our Dubai team.Model Development:

  • Create and develop detailed 3D models using BIM software based on architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Integrate data from various disciplines, including architecture, structure, and (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Collaboration with Project Team:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy.
BIM Coordination:
  • Coordinate and integrate BIM models from different disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts.
  • Ensure that the BIM model accurately reflects the design and construction intent.
