Position Title: BIM OperatorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 12 K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE. ?Understanding BIM/CADD processes and workflows throughout the architectural design phases and extract relevant information for procurement purposes (civil & trade of works)?Managing architectural projects with a focus on BIM coordination, ensuring collaboration of disciplines such as , ID packages, amenities and for lifestyle areas.?Utilizing BIM software (e.g., Revit) to manage building models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.?Integrating BIM data for analysis, visualization, and project coordination purposes.?Ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans and project BIM requirements set by clients and stakeholders.
