- A highly skilled BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) to join our design and construction team.- The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed BIM models and technical drawings for EIFS-related projects, ensuringcompliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for EIFS systems throughout the project lifecycle using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIMsoftware.- Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and construction documents focused on EIFS installations.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate EIFS components into overall building models.- Ensure model accuracy, quality, and integrity by conducting regular model audits and clash detection using tools like Navisworks.- Assist in developing project-specific BIM standards and templates for EIFS modeling.- Participate in coordination meetings, providing technical support and expertise related to EIFS systems.- Maintain thorough documentation of design changes, revisions, and project progress.
