Key Responsibilities:•Develop and implement the company-wide BIM strategy, standards, and execution plan (BEP) for high-rise civil construction projects.•Manage, mentor, and train the project BIM/CAD teams, ensuring high quality and consistency of BIM models and data.•Oversee the creation and maintenance of Revit models, ensuring accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and coordination across all disciplines.•Facilitate collaboration and coordination meetings, utilizing BIM for clash detection, quantity take-offs, 4D (scheduling), and 5D (cost) applications.•Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information exchange and compliance with BIM requirements.•Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices.Requirements:•Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.•Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the construction industry.•Sector Specific: Mandatory experience working for a high-rise civil construction company in the UAE is essential.•Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required. Experience with other BIM/digital tools (e.g., Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo) is a strong advantage.•Leadership: Proven experience managing a BIM team and successfully implementing BIM on large, complex projects.•Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
