BIM ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)Duties and Responsibilities?Carrying out design calculations on a variety of buildings i.e. residential, commercial,?educational, leisure facilities, industrial etc.?Prepare electrical design and calculations based on concept and specifications?Design according to local utilities rules, regulations and design guides?Design to British, American and International design standards?Prepare Load schedule and Single Line Diagrams?Prepare Voltage drop calculations?Prepare drawings for ELV system such as Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting etc.?Preparing drawings for drafting by in-house CAD/Revit team?Coordinate with mechanical, structural, architect and Interior design teamSkills?Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis and Autodesk Plugin?s,?Able to complete models/drawings with high accuracy and shorter time.?Knowledge in Civil 3D, Dynamo, Lumino, Revizto are an added advantage.?MS Office?Electrical Design & Calculations?Basic ELV design knowledge?Knowledge of local authority regulationsBIM ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)Duties and Responsibilities?Good knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Co-ordination.?To generate drawings, sheet & documentations for BIM Models.?To create standard, parametric and shared parametric families.?Knowledge of clash detection and resolutions using Revit & Navis.?Create and update BIM Models based on IFC drawings and specifications.?Ensure integrity & quality of the models maintained throughout the projects.?Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and Fabrication.?Able to complete models/drawings in timely and quality manner.Skills?Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis and Autodesk Plugin?s.?Able to complete models/drawings with high accuracy and shorter time.?Knowledge in Civil 3D, Dynamo, Lumino, Revizto are an added advantage.?MS Office?Knowledge of local authority regulations.
