Job Description

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our company in the UAE.We are a medium-sized theming, turnkey, design-build company with approximately 20 Design staff. Due to an influx of incoming projects in the region, we are seeking to strengthen our team with a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator.As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the design and technical aspects of multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager and the entire Design Team to ensure seamless design development, detailing, and production of deliverables. Your role will involve managing project workflows, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting the coordination efforts to meet project schedules.

  • Proactively coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, building services engineers, and other sub-consultants or specialists as required.
  • Collaborate with the Design Manager, BIM Manager, and Project Manager to ensure project success.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and maintain accountability for accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Develop, manage, and review project documentation to meet production standards.
  • Assist in creating and managing Revit models, project deliverables, and collaborative workflows.
