An opportunity has arisen for a highly-experienced Paralegal (4-5 years minimum) to join the Dubai office of this leading Global law firm as a Bilingual Corporate Paralegal.This varied and challenging role will involve liaising and assisting with setting up companies with government authorities, record searches, reviewing legislations and case precedents, preparing and drafting legal documents and general correspondence, along with general paralegal and administrative tasks.ApplicantsIn order to be considered for this role, you must be fully Arabic/English bilingual (written/spoken), have excellent academics including a law degree (LLB), and a wealth of relevant experience with another well-known law firm in the region. The client is looking for candidates with at least 4 years experience, which may be of interest to senior legal assistants. Highly-experienced candidates with an in-house background will be considered.Essentially , you will need solid, relevant legal experience gained at a well-known law firm in the UAE, and currently located in the region. Your IT, communication (at all levels) and organisational skills must be exemplary.
