Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.Design high-performance data models optimized for reporting (Power BI / SSRS) purposes adhering to the enterprise architecture and data governance standards..Expertise in every stage of project life cycles (Design, Analysis, Implementation and testing)..Research technical problems, analyse business requirements, evaluate alternative design approaches, and design technical processes to meet business requirements..Estimate and document required work effort to develop, test and implement new technical processes/changes..Coordinate with data engineers to create and manage stored procedures and views.Ensure to provide the viable long-term solutions for the relevant business data concerns.Provide technical support and mentor other team members in order to foster professional development..Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP Worlds Founders Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP Worlds Code of Conduct and Ethics policiesQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSQualification:.College/University Degree - preferable in Computer Science, Software Engineering.Power BI / Azure certifications will be an added advantage (PL-300 ,AZ-900 and/or AZ-204, AZ-303, AZ-304 or AZ-400).Experience: 5 - 8 YearsSkills:.Conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling proficiency.Azure Databricks, Azure SQL database.Programming Spark SQL, Python, R,.Data Visualization - Power BI / SSRS, SSAS.Analytic Problem-Solving and end-to-end doer.#LI-MP1
