Job Description

You will be responsible to Supervise all?bars operation for Ain Dubai and ensure excellent service for all guest upholding the highest quality of beverage operations in our Bars. You must hold great knowledge of all alcoholic beverage and Multiple Bars operations management skills and cocktail making skills. You must demonstrate excellent guest service experience that exceeds customer expectations throughout the shift.?to drive the creation of new and profitable initiatives that will allow us to deliver the best in class beverage offering to all its guests. To assist in managing any beverage projects ? Bars / beverage refurbishment or development with a longer-term platform to support the delivery of the beverage entity as concepts grow/change.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English
  • Competent in Microsoft office applications.
  • Creativity and innovation in beverage concepts and operations
  • Demonstrable achievement in improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Beverage Menu compilation
  • Supplier negotiations skills
