As a Bell Attendant you will be the first impression of the Residence and you will directly be responsible to deliver guest requests and enquiries with complete guest satisfaction. Youll also be a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Make sure our guests always get a warm welcomeand a sincere farewell from you
• Manning the bell desk or the door while ensuring theLobby, Concierge and Driveway areas look great
• Adhere to guest checking in / checking out / roommove procedures pertaining to baggage handling andstorage
• Deliver a memorable experience to guests with aswift and personal service ? Acknowledge IHGRewards Club members and returning guests, inperson or on the phone not forgetting to recognizeguests by name.
• Effective use of empowerment and resolve guestissues and use their feedback to improve services forguest satisfaction
• Collate and share local insights via weeklynewsletters to meet guest requests i.e. sportingevents, places of interest and local restaurants etc.
• Responsible for rooming checking in guests andensure great guest relationships are made in a veryshort space of time
• Prepare daily newspaper requests and delivery of thesame according to guest preferences
• Be compliant with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations and report any violations to Supervisors/Managers
• Follow systems, security and cash handling procedures and hotel services as per quality standards.
• Assist guests by parking/retrieving their vehicles with utmost care and minimize hotel liability for damages by driving safely.
• Follow Residence SOPs while issuing valet tickets to guests
• Maintain driveway traffic and keep areas spotless to maintain the perfect Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts image.
• Jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help.

• Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you?ll be easy to talk to
• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
• Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
• Literate and tech-savvy - you?ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers
• Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
• You?ll have a high school diploma or qualification. A college or university degree would be a bonus, but not essential
• Experience - At least one year experience in an upscale hotel / equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
• Strength ? most of times you?ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling
• Valid UAE Driving License
